Bald water will be diverted at a point which bears south 11 degrees 10 minutes west 2,792 feet distant from the northeast corner ot section 27, township 13 north, range 3 east, Salt Lake base apd meridian, from where It will be conveyed by means ot a flume and pipe line for a distance ot 40,000 feet, and there used from Janoarjr 1 to December 31, Inclusive, In-clusive, of each year, to develop power pow-er for the purpose ot electric lighting ad propelling machinery in the State of Utah. Aftor having been so dl-. verted and used", the water will be returned to the natural channel ot the stream, at a point which lies ' 2,300 feet south and 2,900 feet west from the northeast corner ot section 24, township 12 north, range 2 east, Sajt Lake base and meridian.
