Prendcrgast, comptroller of New York City; Howard Maxwell, the temporary chairman and James E. Watson, former congressman. Mr. Frendergast digressed from his set speech to answer Charles Sumner Dlrd of Massachusetts, who address-ed address-ed tho Progressive state convention hero last Saturday.
