That no person shall lteep, conduct, or manage, a bllllafd or pool table, pin alley, or bowling alley1, -within the corporate limits of Logan City,, without first obtaining a license so to do as provided by the ordinance of said city; and no license for the conduct,, Keeping, or manag. In? such tables or alleys, shall Issuo to any person for the conduct of such business, and it shall be unlawful for any person to conduct or manage such business within, the corporate limits of Logan City, except within tho following fol-lowing described district; a T 1 All of that part of Logan City, lying south of Second North street, to the south sldo ot First South street between be-tween First East and First West streets. Section 2. That all ordinances ot Logan City in conflict herewith, are hereby repeated. Section 3. This ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its passage pas-sage and publication.
