Show DAIRY INTERESTS TO BE FEATURED AT COUNTY FAIR Prizes Should Attract Owners of Best Dairy Cows in Valley Sugar Beet Producers Will Show Keener Interest This Year. All Exhibits Will be Entered Free The milk-contest during tho Cacho County Fair to bo held September 28, 29 and 30, Is creating considerable Interest among tho dairymen. Thero will bo moro entries for tho contest this year than last. Mr. William Mer rill of nichmond has somo grade cows that will bo entered. Tho prizes nro $25, given by tho Utah Condensed 'Milk Company for tho cow producing tho most butter fat during two days of tho fair, and $23 given by the Borden Condensed Milk Company for tho cow producing tho largest quantity quan-tity of milk during two days of tho fair. A number of tho dairymen of tho valloy havo their eyes ou these prizes and nro determined to win them. Any grade cow may bo entered enter-ed In tho contest. Tho sugur beet prizes' aro also attracting at-tracting attention and n number of tho farmers will seo to it that Mr. Lamb of Hyde Park, does not tako tho prlzo as easy as ho did last year. Tho prizes aro $15 for tho best llvo aero patch of beets and $10 for tho best ono aero patch of boots. Samples Sam-ples of said patches must bo on exhibition ex-hibition at tho fair.
