Tho following committees hnvo been appointed nnd will bo confirmed at a special meeting -of tho olflcero, Executive Committee, and tho subcommittees sub-committees of thu Logan Chapter to bo held nt tho Commercial Club rooms next Friday, December 11 ut 7:30 p. m. England roported that through subscriptions received at tho Journal olllco that a shipment of flour was being mado up to send to tho Amorlcuu Red Cross In connection with a shipment from Salt Lako City. Tho commlttco endorsed tho work dono by Mr. England thus far and authorized him to complete tho shipment of flour and make u report to tho Logan Chapter In order that a proper reconl could bo mado. All tho towns In tho valley which do not Intend to effect local chapters will bo Invited to cooperato with tho Logan Chapter In furnishing funds and aupplles for tho sufferers 1n the war zones. After tho meotlng Friday evening tho committees will commence a H very actlvo campaign for funds and 'liiiil supplies .
