PERFECT BRANCH ORGANIZATION INJHISCITY The branch organization of the National Counselors of Woman's Voters Vo-ters was perfected In Logan yesterday yester-day at a meeting held at the home of Mrs. Fnnnlo M. Vernon-. The organizers or-ganizers present were Mrs. Lily C. Wolstenholmo nnd Mrs. F. M. Lyman Ly-man Jr., of Salt Lake City. They state that tho purpose of tho organization Is to educate woman voters vo-ters In tho exercise of their citizen-ship citizen-ship nnd to aid In the further extension exten-sion of woman's suffrage In tho United Uni-ted States. The local branch was organized with the following officers: President Mrs. Retta B. Budge; first vice president, pres-ident, Mrs. Moses Thatcher; second vice president Mrs. Parley E. Ped-erson; Ped-erson; secretary. Miss Edith Bowcn; chnlrman of the program committee. Mrs. Fannie M. Vernon; directors, Ms. Lucy Cardon,' .Mrs. Luther M. Howell, Mrs. F. C.
