They aro ns follows: Tusnrl-urn Tusnrl-urn Wilt, Hhlzoctonln, and Scab. To overcomo those tho following should bo obsorved: 1. Seod potatoes should bo very carofully selected. 2. Alt diseased potatoes should bo discarded. 3. A sllco should bo cut from tho atom end of nil seed potatoes about cno eighth of an Inah thick. All potatoes po-tatoes showing n black or brown discoloration dis-coloration should bo discarded. 4. All seed potatoes should bo treated treat-ed by bolng soaked In a corroslvo sub. llmato solution, four ounces In thirty thir-ty gallons of wator, for ono and a half hours. G. All treated seed should bo kept In stcrllo sacks or bins until planted. C. Mnnuro from animals which liavo been fed potatoes should never bo nddod to tho land upon which potatoes po-tatoes aro to bo sown. 7.
