Tho directors direc-tors of tho Colorado Fuel & Iron company today accepted on behalf of tho company tho Rockefeller industrial industri-al plan. At the samo time, at a half dozen or more camps of tho company in southern Colorado referendum votes wero being taken by tho miners. min-ers. Tho result of tho referendum vote reported tonight from four raining camps indicates tho miners are overwhelmingly over-whelmingly In favor of the new Industrial In-dustrial plan. Tho results reported aro: Berwlnd, 140 for, 9 against; Tobasco, 13S for, 23 against; House, 139 for, C against; Lester, 97 for and 9 against, Flvo of tho oleven directors of tho Colorado Fuel & Iron company were present nt the- meeting at which the plan was accepted. It Is understood that several other directors will sign tho minutes of tho meeting giving a majority voto of approval. Humors that Governor George A. Carlson was on tho l'oint of ordering a dismissal of tho most of tho criminal crim-inal charges growing out of the coal miners strike of 1913-1914 were cur- rent today In circles closo to tho stnto administration.
