Secretary McAdoo nnnounced tonight to-night ho would recommend tho nee-cssary nee-cssary legislation and It Is understood under-stood President Wilson Is In nccord with tho plan. No other rovonuo measures havo been approved by tho administration so far, although many suggestions havo been offered which may bo considered con-sidered before Congress completes its work.
