Show PROCLAMATION Whorcas, tho several cities and counties of the State of Utah havo designated certain days upon whltfi all business is suspended nnd all ablo bodied-men requested to dovoto such day to tho Improvement ot tho public roads, and, Whereas, said movement has been Inaugurated for tho doublo purposo of socurlng better roads nnd stimulating stimulat-ing ho civic prldo of the people, generally gen-erally and securing their cooperation nnd support In road building. Now Therefore, it is hereby deemed fitting and appropriate that tho peoplo peo-plo of Logan City should Join In such movement, and to that end, and by virtue of law and tho nuthorlty vested vest-ed in mo as mayor of said city, I do hereby proclaim and dcclaro May 12, 1915, a holiday in Logan City, "to, bo known ns "Good Roads Day," and all ablo bodied cltlzons aro requested to dovoto such day to tho Improve ment of tho public roads, and to that, end to report for work under the direction di-rection ot tho committees appointed by tho clvlo and commercial organizations organiz-ations of tho city.
