Captain Christensen and his Brother Lee are perhaps the two best Dest aquatic c performers in in the state and much credit is due I Hollings in developing them Other members of the s team who Reserve deserve mention are John Kimball Mel Freebairn Freebairn Free- Free bairn and Rolf Bolin Bohn These men are all excellent performers and th their ir feat of winning the championship is noteworthy A very creditable football team represented the freshman class Under Under Under Un Un- der the able coaching of Mac Swan Swana a strong squad scrimmaged against the varsity The success of this team makes certain a 1 successful team in in future years At the advent of the basketball season Utah was given an excellent chance to cop the state title but after after after af af- af- af ter losing two t or three men things looked pretty dark However 1 Utah finished second in n the state race and andon andon andon on two vo occasions surprised by defeating defeating defeating defeat defeat- ing the brilliant Provo aggregation which for the second time copped coppel the title The playing of Boberg was the outstanding thing during the season sea sea- son This rustling forward was chosen chos chos- en as an state all-state forward and he also was vas high scorer for the year Next year Utah Utah should have even a stronger team Coach O O.
