To such, tho bill proposos, there will bo exemption from payment of special road district tnx. Tho owners of wagons coming within with-in tho provisions of tho bill may file aftldavld with tho county road commissioner com-missioner and shall recelvo from tho commissioner a receipt for payment ofHuch Bpcclnl road district tax. |
