Jones, and an allowance of $3.00 per month was passed from tho poor fund. In the matter of the organization of the Riverside Pumping Irrigation District, Dis-trict, tho proper preliminaries having been compiled with, tho commissioners commission-ers set tho" 2nd day of September nt 3:00 o'clock p. m. of said duy, for the purpose of hearing aud passing on thu petition to be published In tho Logan Republican nt least two week's irlor to the date of hearing. The resolution was passed and signed. The commissions s signed tho notes In tho same of the county and In favor of the First Natlonnl Bank of Logan. The various claims were then passed pas-sed upon aud allowed. F. W. Crockett In behalf of tho Commercial-Boosters of Logan, asked ask-ed the commissioners to levy a special spec-ial tax to defray the expensos of a lounty fair as provided In the laws of 1911. Parker moved that two tenths of due mill on tho dollur be assessed for mir pui poses.
