Kowler Hays that he has a good starting place, but It Is practically tho only smooth ground between Illuo Canon nnd Summit, and that If ho does not succeed in pass- ing the mountain range in a single flight, ho will bo wrecked. The water hail been drawn fiom ,the radiator, but tho water pump was not drained and itwns necessary ne-cessary to use hot water to thaw out tho machine. n |
