The water from- the spring and East Fork of Paradise Creek Is conveyed b the main pipe line by means of eight inch pipes, for a distance ot 900 feet and 1,500 feet icspectlvely. The commingled water will be used during the period from January i to December 31, inclusive, of. each year, lo. develop power for the purpose of' electric lighting and propelling machinery in various cities and towns in Utah.
