Show Hyrum Happenings. The Recent Conference, and Many other Small Matters. Last Monday ccnlng Mis. Ci Itch-low Itch-low entertained a company of friends at her pleasant home. They plated games and told jams and sang songs. One of the games was really ciuelty to animals. They called It "bishop." The crowd had a good time and at 2 a. m. they went home, all voting the Critchlow people among the ery best. Last Saturday and Sunday the Hyrum Stake quaiterly confeience convened in the Second ward meeting house. The building has Just been completed and there were present about 700 people, all available seating and standing loom being occupied. Sundaj morning Apostle Geoigc A. Smith offered a dedicatoiy prajer. Apostle Oeo. A. Smith and Pies. Seymour 15. Young were In attendence at the Stake conference last Saturday and Sunday. Geo. O. Pitkin and J. C. Thorscn were honorably released as councillors to Pics. Parkinson, and A. M. Israelsen, of Hyrum, and W. II. Maughan, Jr., of Wcllsvllle, were appointed ap-pointed as theli successors.
