The building Is located locat-ed on West Center street and Is constructed con-structed of the finest brick and with a cut stone foundation. The building will bo known as "Somerset House," named after the county In England from which the Hayballs hall. The building has a most elegant cellar, 8 feet high, walls and Doors cemented. On the tlrst floor thero Is an elegant double parlor, with fine grill work in thcutfper part of tho partition. On this floor there aie spacious rooms for dining, batli and kitchen. The buttery but-tery Is as nicely arranged as could possibly pos-sibly be desired. Tho windows thro-out thro-out tho residence aie cut glass, somo small windows are costing as high as $40 for the glass alone. These are of variegated colors. In all, tho building build-ing has nine looms, five on the first floor and four upstans. The building is heated thiougliout with steam. It is said that Mr. Hayball got up the design principally himself. Mr. and Mrs. Hayball will be at homo In their new quarters within two weeks.
