The doing of the things one ought to do in early life should not bo deferred until late In life when It seems that one must do the right thing because the energy to do the wrong thing is lacking. Nowaday Nowa-day sit seems that the average young man, (and too frequently joung woman) wo-man) feels that his early life may be devoted to the sowing of wild oats, and that the later years of his life, when he Is old and decrepit, may be tilled with letienchment and repentance How many men whose miirl -v-ro Allied with drunkenness, care i-, iii ss and general wantonness may now be seen in their dotage tiaveling to the Temple or dragging themselves to religious re-ligious service? "lis better late than never, but how much belter would It have been had these men been more careful of their conduct during their joulh? Instead of sowing wild oats in young manhood das and in later ycais reaping the whirlwind of lost confidence, poverty, and the Inevitable In-evitable results of all wrong doing, would It not have been better had they strictly regarded the laws of right and duty? Would they not have enjoyed life moro and lived to better purpose? If life is a preparation prepara-tion for another bourn -vhy wait until un-til the hair is gray and the eye dimmed dim-med befoie beginning that preparation? prepara-tion? No one has the right to put on until tomorrow the good thing that might be done today. Tomonow nover conies and the good is left undone. Consider well the value to yourself of llIng right from Hie youth up and do not forget to consider the result of good and bad example.
