Tho hearing In the cases of the State against Hyrnm Karrcn and T. S. Karrcn were taken up together These are merely extension of the Martha Karrcn case, tho circumstances having occurred at the same time. It Is hoped that the decisions de-cisions In these cases will be final with both parties. Judge Chidlster, of the fourth district court, was called in to act on these and the remainder of the cases during the present term. The attorneys for the defense object to Judge Hart. |
