General Gen-eral Navarro, deposed governor of the district, revolted sgalnst the government govern-ment on the night of Oct. 11. Within the last three days the Insurrection Insur-rection has been confined to the Immediate vicinity of Monte Christ!. Government troops aru pressing tho place closely. Serious street fighting In the last two days. Foreigners first sought refuge on the wharf. Lust night soventy-flve of them, mostly women and children, took refuge on this ship.
