Cruzen, alleged controller of Its political policies at tho head of tho Hull Mooso party In Idaho, wcro adjudged in contempt of tho supremo court yestorday and sentenced sen-tenced to pay fines of 500 each and each to undergo a term of ton days Imprisonment In tho county Jail of Ada county for tho offctiBO. In addition addi-tion tho defendant Cruzen was ordered order-ed to pay tho costs incurred In the prosecution ot tho contempt cases, which amount to nbout $350. Sheriff Roberts ot Ada county took the prisoners In chargo Immediately nfter tho sentenco had been pronounced pro-nounced by Chief Justlco Stowart and Incarcerated them In the county Jail. They have tn0 cells occupied by Moy-er, Moy-er, Haywood and Pcttlbono during the Steunenberg dynamite trials. Tho court Instructed tho sheriff to tako tho prisoners to tholr homes or their places of business, It they desired de-sired to go there.
