Attorney General Wlkersham was critlzed today to-day by United States Judgo Mcel: who said It was n now thing for tho cxecutlvo department of tho federal government to Intervene- between a court nnd man who was indicted as It did in tho case of J. D. Archbold H. C. Fogler Jr. and W. C. Teagle. They woro Indicted In Judgo Meek's court on chargo of violating Sherman Sher-man anti-trust law In alleged opor- atlons affecting tho Magnolia Petroleum Petro-leum company. Mr. Wlkersham did not order tho nrrcBt of tho men on the Texas warrants war-rants because ho said tho evidence did not uphold such action. When tho case was called In Judgo Meek's court today ho commented on H Mr. Wlkcrsham's action.
