Show Bishop Spalding Says He Has Never Seen g A Slit Skirt Now York, Oct. 17 Bishop P. S. Spalding of Utah said today ho had never seen a silt skirt. Thoy havo to wenr what they can buy o whnt tho tailor and dressmaker dressma-ker will glvo them.
