Tho dis trict attorney promised that ho would mako every effort today to havo an order of tho court transferring tho prisoner. This morning Inlow's cbbo Is sot to come up beforo Judge M. L. Rltchlo on a motion for now trial on tho ground of discovery ot new ovl-denco. ovl-denco. A stay of execution or Judgment Judg-ment was granted by tho court until today nnd, as n result Inlow has been permitted to remnln tho county Jail.
