It was resolved to give written no-tico no-tico to all patrons upon their regular monthly statements or othorwiso that tho accounts aro payable in advance, and unless settled on or boforo tho 20th day of each month cervlco will immediately bo discontinued. In tho past tho company has been lenient with tho result that considerable ad-vantage ad-vantage has been taken. Tho plant books show nn unpaid service to data in tho sum of $5,200, some of which has been owing slnco 1908. It was for tho purposo of bringing in this amount and to mako imposslblo future indebtedness on tho part of patrons that tho city fathers saw fit to tnko this action. At tho same meeting Mossrs. Bro-berg Bro-berg and Uergslo wero awardod tho contract for building an addition to tho electric light plant's substation. |
