Through Its irrigation engineer, L. M. Wlnsor, the extension department of the Utah agricultural collego is going go-ing after big results In the Uintah basin ba-sin this summer. Mr, Wlnsor will leave for Duchesne Thursday morning to carry out tho most elaborate summer sum-mer program that the extension department de-partment of the agricultural college has ever conducted In tho basin. Mr. Wlnsor will meet with hundreds of farmers residing In this district Snturday and Sunday, on which days thoy will come to Duchesne to attend tho quarterly conference of tho Lat tor-day Saints' church. With tho farm-cm farm-cm at Duchesno Mr. Wlnsor will discuss dis-cuss the conditions of the basin as ho finds them and tho work that lies before tho farmers who desire to pro gross as fast as possible.
