Watson, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, has accepted tho appointment appoint-ment of secretary for the section ot Farm Management of tho International Internation-al Dry-Farming Congress. Mr. Watson Is ono of tho best known agriculturists ot tho great plains region and has becomo widely known through his writings for agricultural agri-cultural papers along tho line of betterment bet-terment of farm life and tho success gained by farmers through business methods of farm management. Mr. Watson will personally direct tho section of tho Congress pertaining to tho Farm Management department, and will contribute articles to DRY-FARMING, DRY-FARMING, tho ofllclal organ of the Dry-Farming Congress.
