King Da-vis, Da-vis, a negro, aged 28 years, who Satin Sat-in day night shot nnd killed Frederick A. Schwab (white), nt Falreld, Anno Arundel county, was taken from tho lockup nt Brooklyn, Mr., a sulnub ol Baltimore, early today nnd shot to death by a small party of unknown men. Dnvls, who nlso was known by the name of Johnson, was drugged to a spot 200 yards fiom tho Htntlon and shot four times through the lungs. His body was not found until seveinl hours Inter. The nvunging band, thought not tu have exceeded eight or ten In number, num-ber, formed uletly. The yeffected an entrance into tho lockup without nt-trnctlng nt-trnctlng the attention of persons living liv-ing nearby and went to Onvls's cell, where they found thc negro asleep. No Mercy Shown.
