Show JOYOUS AFFAIR AT LEWISTON LEWISTON, Jan. 31. One of the swell soolal even ts of the season was s given at the residence of Mrs. Sarah J. Olover last Wednesday evening. Friends and relatives from all parts of the ward were Invited, and a very enjoyable en-joyable timo was had by all present. An oyster supper was one of the main features of tho evening. With songs, recltatlon9,lnstrumentalmuslc,games, jokes, etc., tho evening was spent very happily. Wm. Glover proved to be a prince of storytellers and kept the guests in a roar of laughter. Mrs. Glover, and her assistant, Miss Orclla Kent, seemed to know just what would tickle the palates of their guests. Those present wcro Mr. and Mrs. Henry Kent, Mr. and Mrs. James Hodges, Mr. and Mis. Walter Wheeler, John W. Bowman and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Olover, Bert Glovor, Chester Glover, Clarenco Bowman, James Wheeler, Leila and Eva Wheel-k Wheel-k vf) cri Wheeler and wife, Glen Raw-pQ Raw-pQ Has, James S. Hancey Sr., James Han- cey Jr., Jesse S. Hancey, Horace W. I nancey and Leonard Hancey. There B were also two others of the nedge H brothers (given names not remem-I remem-I bared) with their wives, and others whoso names wo did not learn. It was an evening long to be remembered by those present, and about 1 p. ra. tho guests bade their hostess good night, voting her as one o( tho best of entertainers.
