Show While the general condition of our country roads lias been" steadily improving im-proving and much ci edit Is due those who have directed t lie road tepairsin the outlying dlstilcls, there are still certain stretches of highway that make the driver indulge In unlimited profanity. The two miles of road to the north of Logan arc a disgrace to the city. The most traveled road In the county should be the best, but fits continuation of Muln street to the north, over which so many teams pass dally, Is In a condition ot ruts, holes and rocks which should not bo tolerated in a clvllled community. The oillcial In charge of this road should bo removed from his position for allowing the road to be neglected so long. In Justice to the county olllclals we will state that they are In no wise to blame, as the piece of road of which we complain does not belong to their jurisdiction but to the municipality muni-cipality of Logan. |
