KICJH MOM), February 1,11)07. -Tlic Hlclimond Condensed Milk company held their stockholders meeting Monday Mon-day In the hall. A good representation representa-tion of stockholders were present, to-gcther to-gcther with Supt. C. . Harris and the board of dine tors. The repoits presented pre-sented show that the earnings of the company for last year were entirely satisfactory, an 8 per cent dividend being be-ing declared on thccupital stock, which amounted toover $7,000. The Increase of the output of condensed mllklast year over the previous year amounted to GO per cent. For milk nnd help the company paid out $101,370.23, an aver-ago aver-ago of $14,000 per mouth. The milk Is classed as cool and warm GO degrees Is the dividing point. The average price for the year paid for cool nillk at factory was 91.00 per 100 pounds, or an average of 28 7-10 butter fat; while the average paid for both cool and warm milk was $1.05 per 100 pound, and over 70 per cent of the total receipts re-ceipts of milk was paid at cool milk prices. 1 Commenting on this reports, these prices will average fully 25 cents per 100 pounds of milk over the highest price paid by the old creameries. As a result of this most excellent showing the farmers In the vicinity of the Utah Condensed Milk company arc very much encouraged In the production produc-tion of milk, and It Is hero that dairying dairy-ing has attained the greatest degree of perfection In the west. These views were recently oonlhmed by I'rof. Larson Lar-son of A. C. of V., who visited this district In the interests of dairying.
