Crops look good and thcro arc great prospects for a bounteous bount-eous harvest. Next Sunday tho Stake Presidency will bo present at our meetings. No doubt Lomo serious business will be transacted. The people as a whole will probably be present. Our ward choir is dong excellent work and will no doubt render beautiful music for the meetings. Once more, our baseball team Is together, to-gether, and wo arc proud of them. In one year they have made a, place next to Wcllsvlllo In the standing of the teams In Cache Valley, and thoy are ready at any time to defend their right. They have played ten games and lost two, Wellsvllle and Preston, only, beating them. Preston can't do It again despite their hired professional profes-sional players. Yesterday they played play-ed Wcllsvlllo a practlso game in which they were badly defeated. |
