Show Attendance At Schools. A meeting of the Logan board of education was held last Friday Fri-day evening, President Bullen occupying the ;ha!r. The annual report of Supt. A. M. Merrill was read. The report shows that during the year 1351 pupils were enrolled, enrol-led, 676 boys and 675 girls; the average number in daily attendance attend-ance was 969, or 72 per cent of the number enrolled. One thousand thous-and and nine, or 80 per cent of all pupils enrolled received certificates cer-tificates of promotion. The average av-erage nmber of clays each pupil attended was 125. One thousand and twenty seven, or 70 per cent of the pupils enrolled were in daily attendance. The enrollment enroll-ment by months was as follows: First. S63; second, 1100; third, 1121; fourth, 1132; fifth, 1119; sixth, 1104; seventh, 1133; eighth; 1122; ninth, 981. |
