Fourth That the secretary c the State Board of Land Commissioners Com-missioners be required to fur-uish fur-uish Assessors each year the total amount paid up to the time, of making the report on each piece or parcel of land sold bj the State with the name of the purchaser. 1 Fifth That a law be passed defining coke as one of the pro-, pro-, ducts from which coal mining, companies receive "net pro-I pro-I ceeds" and compelling the com-: com-: panics making coke to return the ! net proceeds of the same to the 1 board. |
