Show Harreii Case "Is Up Again. The Karren case came up again in the first district court yesterday, this time on the rao-tiou rao-tiou of the attorneys of Mrs. Ta-1 litha Rainey to give her the cus- j tody of the'children and a prop-1 ei share of the property of the husband. A, the request of Judge Hart, Judge J. E. Booth came up from Provo to hear the case. A large number of witnesses were examined during the afternoon after-noon their testimony going to j prove that Mrs. Eainey .was I fully qualified to care for the children and entitled to a share j of the property.
