Frank K. Weymouth, chief engineer of tho reclamation service, was selected ns secretary of tho organization, and tho members pledged themselves to supply him with all avnllablo data-concerning data-concerning projects present nnd pros-pvctlyo pros-pvctlyo calling for the development of tho waters of tho Colorado nnd Its tributaries.
