(Iruy, son of James II. nnd Winnlefrod Prlco Gray, who died Tuosday. Hlshop Henry Lowls presided nnd togothor with William lladllold, President A. J. Kvans nnd Senntor Kdward Southwlck olTered remarks re-marks of n consoling nnd praise worthy nnturo for tho young man and his parents. Hlshop Lowls and Hitler lladllold both spoko very highly of tho sterling worth of tho young man. Musical numbors wero rendored by the Third Ward Primary members, Mrs. John Mulchings nnd Mrs. T. P. Klrkbnm. Opening prayer was offered offer-ed by William Southwlck and tho benediction wns pronounced by John K. Jones. Tho grave nt the Lohl cemetery wns dedicated by W. V. Ulckerson. Fellow boy scout members acted as pall bearers and tho public school class of which ho was a momber attended the scrvlcos in a body. Tho following biographical sketch was read by Hlshop Lewis. Biographical Sketch. Herbert James (Iray was tho son of James Gray and Wnnlfred Prlco Gray and was born October 7, 1907. HO was HI years, C months nnd 20 days old when he died. Ho was baptized when 8 years old and was n constant attendant at Sunday School and Primary and was ordained a Deacon In tho Aronlc Priesthood and was faithful to his duties in tho samo and was also a scout, ono of the host among his campanlons; was always kind and good natured and always do-lug do-lug his best. Whllo doing his duty as a scout In expanding his lungs by running, ho died at his post. Ho leaves a fathor, mother, live sisters and ono brothor, n grnnfnther and two grandmothers, a host or relatives and friends to mourn his loss.
