Rains have" caused hay that was nor proporly cared for to becomo mouldy and fjirmora aro irunnlng horsoa on boot tops which have likewise like-wise becomo mouldy, according to tho state Inspector, and this Is raising rais-ing havoc among tho horses In different dif-ferent parts of tho state Ho advocates advo-cates that tho animals bo kept away from mouldy food. This will stop what appoars to bo an epidemic among tho horses. |
