Section 1. Be it ordained by tho city council of, Lehi City, that it is hereby here-by made unlawful for any person or persons, either by himself, his clerk, agent, servant or employee to either sell ibartur or give awa ?r othorwise dis-. pose of any splritious, vinous, fermet-cd fermet-cd or any other kind or kinds of intoxicating intoxi-cating liquors within the limits of this city. And any person or persons, who, either by himself, his cleik, agent, servant ser-vant or employee, shall either sell, barter, bar-ter, pivo away or otherwise dispose of any spirituous, vinohs, fermented or any other kind or kinds of intoxicating liquorB within the limits of this cityr shall be guilty of an offenco, ana upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding ono hundred dollars, or bo imprisoned in the city jail not ex cecding one hundred days or bo both fined and imprisoned.
