Mr. Storrs visited this camp, Florence- and eovdrnl towns in Colorado, finally turning up at Freshwater, whero ho got a copy of the Denver Republican, in .uhicl lie .recognized Weelis as the identical man Who was wanted for the murder of Crompton. The oflicers were interviewed, inter-viewed, but they appeared to be suspicious of Mr Stons or else they were afraid lie might be successful in getting the $750 reward which had been offered for Case, lie proceeded to Denver, where he interviewd thedistrict attorney and got some information that Weeks was in Indiaun. It seems that Judge White had received a letter fiom Case dated Chicago, Sep. 1, in -which the latter stated he whs going to Delpha, Ind There wore detectives in Chicago working iu connection with the Colorado officers, and the sherifl' believes that the man Weeks is under urrest, or at leat is under their ehadow.
