An emergency corps is already being f organized under the direction of Dr. G.eorgo H. Penrose, who will bo assisted by four of the city's best physicians and surgeons, whose duty it will be to care for all persons who may be accidentally injured or taken suddenly ill during the Jubilee. Every precaution will bo taken to guard against accidents, but oven in I such a well-regulated city as is Salt Lake accidents are liable to happen and tho Commission deems that it is incumbent upon it to see that the best possible caro is taken of all who may bo so unfortunate un-fortunate as to need surgical or medica' aid.
