Hero ! .1 found the joint session of the, Utah I v( jind Idaho legislatures assombled. Many 1 .' ladies from both states wore present. 1 ' About S p in President Nebeker of tho '- 1 ' Senate aroso and wiUi gavel in hand, 3 ,' .called tho assoinbly to order. Roll of I both states waB called. Prayer was II ..offered by the lady chaplain of Idaho. |
