Moved that Mark Austin be chairman of that committee, seconded, carried. Following were, eleeted as members. Olev Elllngson, Win. Goats, jr., Israel Evans, jr. and Joseph W. Goats. Moved that five more members bo added; seconded, carried. The following were elected Stephen Moylo, Hyruin Smith, I Evans, sr., Fleber Austin, Geo. Meyers. Committee on reservoir met nnd agreed on the following wport; That 5 acres be taken on the northwest north-west portion ef the reservoir nnd that it be Mulshed and made available for the coming season by exearatinf, middling, etc., nnd that it be made to contain not less than 3 feet of water at the chnllow-est chnllow-est plaoe, and that all acquired rights the company be maintained, Mark Austin, chairman; Hyruin Smith.
