Show The Old Folks' at Spanish Fork. The Old Folkt' train of 18 cars and 2 engines left Salt Luke at 8:50 Friday morning. Aboard it were 1.03J veterans, divided uh follows: 70 years mid over, 810; 80 and over, III; 00 and over, !. There were also 27 luiuateu of tlm county liillrmaty, vhiclt contingent laid claim to having the oldest man in the company, Benjamin Beers, aged 02 years. They also had 5 over 80 and 21 over 70. As soon its the train started the baggage bag-gage car was converted Into a refreshment refresh-ment room, and from it crackera, cake and lemonade were dispensed. Nur was tho cake of the plain, every-day kind, for be it known that that car contained con-tained 260 pounds of the linest fruit cako III the land, and 30 gallons of the most delicious lemonade ever fctirred, S. F. Ball, the well known caterer, did the lemonado act, while Mrs. II. Grocs-beck Grocs-beck and Miss A. Ball cut the cako, the Mze of the pieces being just light. That the food and diluk might bo propeily tlirpeused, captains were stationed In each car, and under their direction tho grayhalred pioneers were served with something to tide them over to the journey's end.
