Austin ; An act to regulate the usu ol artesiui wells, and to Picvent the wasto of subterranean sub-terranean Waters in this state, nnd prescribing penalties for a Violation o the provisions hereof. Bo it enacted by tho Legislature ol the Statu ol Utah: Section 1.
