Its bit B tcr experiences have been vain- B able in the lessons which they B teach, That the success of our B business depends upon its vigor- B ous and conservative administra- B lion, and furthermore, that the B motive power must emanate from B ourselves. These same experiences teach the business man to abandon nil leckless and uncertain methods;' to formulate and execute as nearly as pos-ible plans founded upon the principle of a cash basis in (ill transactions. These arc the methods which insure confidence, security and success.
