legislature of the state of utah two thirds of bf all th the members elected to ach house therein SECTION 1 that it is proposed to amend section 3 of article 10 of the constitution of the state of utah as amended by the vote vota of the electors atthe general election to read as follows see sec 3 the tha proceeds of cf the sales gales of all lands that have been or may hereafter be granted by the united states state s to this state for the i support of t the h e common schools and f five 1 ive per of the net proceeds of the sales of united states public lands lying within the state and sold by the united states subsequent to the admission of this state into the union shall be and remain a permanent fund to be called the state school fund ahn i api tp t of chih only shall be expended for the support of the corn com mon schools ilie hie interest on the state school fund the proceeds of all property that may accrue to the state by escheat or forfeiture all unclaimed s shares hares and dividends of any corporation cor p incorporated under the its laws w 0 of this state the proceeds of the sales of timber and the proceeds of the sale or other disposition of minerals or other property from school and state lands other than those granted for specific purposes shall with such other revenues as the legislature may from time to t time ime allot thereto constitute a fund to bo be known as the e uniform school fund which uniform school fund shall be maintained and used for the support of the common and public schools of the state and apportioned in such manner as the le BE SECTION 1 2 that it Is proposed to amend section 7 of article 13 of the tha constitution of the tha state of utah as amended by the vote of the electors at the general election of 19 1930 30 to read as gg follows i 0 w 3 sec 7 the rate rata of taxation on tangible property shall not exceed on each dollar of valuation two and four tenths mills for general state purposes two tenths of one ona WORKS be it resolved by the legislature of the state ol 01 of utah two thirds of all members elected to each of the two houses voting in iii favor thereof 1 SECTION 1 that it is proposed to amend section 6 of article 16 of the constitution of the state of utah see sec 6 the legislature shall ahall determine the ho hours U rs that shall constitute a days daya work on all w works or undertakings carried on or aided by the state county or municipal government and the legislature shall pass pas laws to provide for the health and safety or of employees in factories facto smelters shelters sm
