Hereafter, 120.0 . ac. ft. of water Is to be diverted from an 8-inch well, 550 ft. deep at a point S. 740 ft. and E 380 ft. from N4 Cor. Sec. 9, T35S, R11W; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental irrigation of 78.7 acs. but limited limit-ed to the sole supply of 30 acs. The water has been diverted from Shurtz Creek at a point where the stream enters, NESE1, and stream leaves SEV4NW& Sec. 14, T37S, R11W; and used from May 1 to Nov. 1 for the domestic purposes of one fam-lly fam-lly and supplemental stock-watering stock-watering of 1800 sheep, 360 cattle and 4 horses In NESE 4, SENWK Sec. 14, T37S, R11W. Hereafter, 21.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from Shurtz Creek at a point same as heretofore here-tofore and from a spring at a point N. 1320 ft. and W. 800 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 14, T37S, Rll-W; Rll-W; and used for the domestic purposes of one family; and used from May 1 to Nov. 1 for the stockwaterlng same as heretofore. NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids will be received by the Iron County Commission for construction of a New County Coun-ty Courthouse. Bid will be in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications Specifi-cations prepared by JOHN S. Deposits De-posits will be refunded upon return of the Drawings and Specifications in good condition within ten days of the date set for the bid opening. Bids will b received until the hour of 7:30 P.M. Sept. 20, 1973, at which time they will be opened and read aloud at the temporary courtroom in the Prowan City Library, Par-owan, Par-owan, Utah. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5) of the bid, made payable to Iron County Clerk shall accompany bid. If certified or chashier's check is used in lieu of Bid Bond, a certificate from an approved surety company guaranteeing execution of a 100 Performance Perform-ance Bond and 100 Payment Bond must accompany bid.
