BINGHAM Armstrong plans Wedding Mr. and Mrs. Ira Armstrong Arm-strong of Salt Lake City are happy to announce the marriage of their daughter, Rebecca Armstrong to Elton C. Bingham, son of Barbara Bingham and the late Floyd R. Bingham, Cedar City, Utah. The couple plan to be married September 14, 1978 in the Manti Temple. They will be honored at a reception that same evening at the Grant 2nd Ward Chapel in Salt Lake City. Elton is a graduate of Cedar City High School. Served a mission for the LDS Church in Melbourne Rebecca is a graduate of Granit High School and has attended Utah State University, majoring in Home Economics. She is now employed at the University. After a honeymoon the :ouple will live in Logan vhile Elton completes his schooling there. |
