Wallace F. Bennett To Appear in Cedar Senator Wallace F. Bennett, (R-Utah), will be in Cedar City for a meeting with local Republicans Friday, Aug. 23, according to Bruce Atkin, chairman of the Iron County Volunteers for Bennett. The Senator will meet with GOP workers at Cedar City in the Sugar Loaf Cafe. Sen. Bennett will discuss key issues which face Utah and the nation in the coming election campaign. The Utah lawmaker, Is seeking his fourth consecutive term in the Senate and has been basing his campaign on his past per-formance per-formance on behalf of the state as well as future developments devel-opments for Utah and the Nation, Na-tion, Atkin stated. Atkin said, ""All of us in Iron County are pleased to have the Senator with us. His work for Iron County and for the state and nation and what he can yet accomplish during the next six years owing to his powerful position attained through seniority are all the more reason to return Bennett 4o the United States Senate again this year."
